Job Description

As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and coaching new and existing technicians in the field. You will be an important part of our team and play a key role in ensuring that our technicians have and receive the right knowledge and support to succeed in their roles. You will also work closely with other teams to ensure high quality and efficiency in installation and service. You will support several companies and will therefore travel a lot in your role with us.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks and coach and further educate field staff to improve quality during installation and service visits
Support employees through coaching and on-site follow-up.
Ensure that the quality for our customers follows the company's established installation and service policies.
Perform service and installations as needed
Collaborate with technical teams on improvements and updates to instructions

Qualifications:

Experience in training or coaching, preferably in installation and service
Ability to communicate clearly and inspire others
Good technical understanding of installation and service processes, experience with wired alarm installations is an advantage
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Category B driving license

Location: You will cover the region from Linköping in the north to Skåne in the south, so the location is flexible, e.g., Linköping, Jönköping, Gothenburg, or another centrally located area in the region.
